but to stand, just stand like normal and then slightly bend your knees (knees should always be bent).
to turn (if your riding regular like me)- when turning heel side (turning to where your back if facing), you shift your weight back, and apply some pressure on your right foot (you kind of use your left foot as a pivot). to turn toe side (the way you face), shift some of your weight forward, and apply some pressure to your right foot again.
to stop, you can either fall or just turn until your board is perpendicular to the slop.
its kind of hard to explain, i havent been out on the slopes yet, but good luck.
